SpacerXRider Privacy Policy
Effective date: 8 October 2026
SpacerXRider is provided by Edeper Efhan. This policy explains how information is handled when you play the game or contact support.
Playing the game
You do not need an account to play. Game progress and audio preferences are saved locally on your device. Removing the app may remove those local records.
Diagnostics and technical information
The current iOS version uses Unity Diagnostics to help identify errors, investigate crashes, and maintain game stability and performance. Unity processes this information on our behalf.
This includes an installation-specific identifier, product interaction and other usage data, crash data, performance data, and other diagnostic data. These records can be associated with the installation identifier, even though the game does not ask you to sign in. We therefore treat these records as linked data, rather than claiming they are anonymous.
We use this information for app functionality and technical support. We do not use it for tracking you across other companies’ apps and websites for targeted advertising, and we do not sell it.
Optional additional recommended collection, cross-customer features, modelling contributions, and business recommendations are disabled in our Unity project settings. Essential diagnostics remain enabled.
Unity states that its default personal-data retention period for Diagnostics is 90 days. The current game does not provide an in-game diagnostics opt-out switch.
Read Unity’s Game Player and App User Privacy Policy for information about Unity’s handling of player data.
When you contact us
If you email support, we receive your email address, your message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use these to respond and investigate your request. Please avoid sending sensitive information, passwords, or payment details. We retain support correspondence only as needed to handle the request and keep necessary support records.
The support website
This website has no account system or advertising features. Our hosting provider may process connection information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and secure the website. External links lead to services with their own privacy policies.
Your questions and requests
Contact faircount24@icloud.com to ask about your information or request access, correction, or deletion. We may need additional information to identify the relevant installation and verify your request. Where needed, we work with Unity to address diagnostics requests. Deleting the game does not itself request deletion of records already sent to Unity.
The game is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed at children. Parents or guardians with concerns about a child’s information can contact us at the same address.
Policy updates
We will update this page when our practices change and show the revised effective date above.
